A functional shampoo will do its job properly only when the skin and coat are properly prepared, i.e., thoroughly cleaned, the pores are opened, and the skin and coat will be ready to absorb natural and effective substances. In this step, we choose what function our pet's skin and coat need, for example, it can be intensive hydration, adding volume to the coat or the result of a straight and falling coat. Each coat type has different needs, so it's important to consider what your pet's coat type needs.
