1. Pull out the plastic plate to turn on the (non-removable) lithium battery in the device.
2. Press the button to turn on the device.
3. Four short green flashes indicate that the device is switched on.
4. One long red flash means it is off.
5. The TickLess Adult must be attached to clothing with a clip or string passed through specially made openings to avoid blocking the ultrasonic grille.
6. When the device is running, the light flashes every 5 minutes. After 8 hours, the device switches off automatically. To make it work again, turn it on.
